A Personalized Stress-Busting Holiday Retreat

The tranquil Cypriot village of Tochni is the perfect location to relax and de-stress mind and body, giving you the opportunity to 'slow down' for a while and reflect on your life.
Gaining fresh insights into the nature of the stress response allows you to better identify your current stressors and their long term detrimental effects on your personal and professional life.
The beautiful, peaceful environment supports you as you examine your existing coping strategies and explore simple, effective stress management techniques suitable for use in everyday life.

Your holiday retreat includes:
7 nights en-suite accommodation in a traditional apartment

Morning sessions for 5 days from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Inner Harmony-Cyprus offers you the opportunity to live in tastefully restored stone-built apartments in peaceful surroundings. The village of Tochni is set in the countryside approx. 10 km from the beach, 30 km from Limassol and approx. 30 km from Larnaca airport.
Facilities at Tochni:
All apartments have their own character, but offer the same level of comfort. They each have either a patio or balcony, fully equipped modern kitchenette, bath or shower, free air condition, central heating and satellite TV.
Free internet access and communal swimming pool are available at Tochni Taverna.
A tailored 4 hour session in the morning. (the buffet breakfast is available from 7.30 until 10.30 in the taverna)
Afternoons are yours to spend quietly by the pool, stroll through the village or enjoy traditional holiday activities such as visiting the nearby beach or hiking through the countryside. Maybe take an excursion around the island, and experience stunning views in the Troodos Mountains and along the coast line or visit one of the many archeological sides on the island.
Dinner is available at the taverna.
Sylvia is an excellent coach who definitely helped me a lot dealing with the few issues I have. I could say a lot on the benefits from this retreat but having met a lot of various techniques practitioners and coaches, one thing that I most enjoyed is that Sylvia makes it easy to bring back home some of the techniques to make it into a daily routine. So not only did I get the benefits of her teachings while in Cyprus but can still enjoy it now even though I have a very busy schedule. Yesterday during dinner my daughter looked at me and said:" Wow mum, since you came back from Cyprus you are always happy and in a good mood, whatever you are doing, just keep doing it." The course I took with Sylvia has changed my life for the better - I was feeling rock bottom with personal problems when I arrived. The course was set in Cyprus Villages in Tochni which was the ideal setting for relaxation and to work on myself. Payment: To reserve your place a deposit of € 175 per person is payable on booking by bank transfer.
The balance to be paid during your stay either by cash or Mastercard/Visa.
The retreat package is available for individuals and
small groups (max. 5 people) from 3rd March to 20th December.
Arrivals either Saturdays or Sundays.
Sessions run from Monday to Friday (other starting days available on request).
Sylvia will be your Coach and Trainer for the week. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her extensive holistic background in the mind-body field and diverse training coupled with over 25 years experience working with individuals and groups.
Sylvia's deep commitment to her clients is expressed in a supportive, "easy going" teaching style which is motivational and places emphasis on creating a safe, relaxed learning environment conducive to change and personal development.
Over the years she has developed her own unique manner of tailoring therapeutic approaches to match the particular needs of individual clients and the stress busting retreats are designed with this in mind.
