Your yoga instructor
Sylvia will be your yoga instructor for the week. She brings a wealth of related knowledge from the holistic mind-body field and 20 years teaching experience to the sessions.
Groups are small, allowing for a flexible approach and plenty of individual attention.
Sylvia's deep commitment is expressed in a supportive, "easy going" teaching style which is motivational and places emphasis on fostering a real sense of enjoyment in the practice of Yoga.
Her firmly held belief is that a Yoga life-style approach - including meditation and breathing techniques - benefits everyone in body, mind and spirit. Furthermore, when we enjoy doing something we are much more likely to make it a part of our daily lives and so reap the benefits!

Inner Harmony-Cyprus offers you the opportunity to live in a stone-built Cyprus village home, far away from mass tourism. The houses and apartments are located in and around the village of Tochni. Tochni is set in the country approx. 10 km from the beach and 30 km from Limassol.
Tochni villages facilities:
All houses and apartments have their own character, but offer the same comfort. All the apartments have either a patio or balcony.

Breakfast at the Tochni taverna
Relax, energise and rejuvenate body, mind and soul during a 1½ hour Yoga session.
Following lunch there is plenty of time to enjoy traditional holiday activities such as relaxing by the pool or at the nearby beach, strolling through the village, hiking through the countryside. Or take an excursion around the island (extra cost), affording you the opportunity to experience stunning panoramic views in the Troodos Mountains, exploring traditional Cypriot village life and visiting local tavernas.

Selective guided stretching and suitable Hatha yoga postures
Relaxation/Energising Techniques
Guided Meditation
